What to Expect
In The Salon
What if I am unsure of what service or treatment I should book?
No worries! If you are unsure, you can call or send a text to the salon, and our stylists will be happy to assist you or help you set up an in-person consultation.
Are stylist gratuities included the service fees?
Gratuity for work done with excellence is customary and greatly appreciated. It is not included in the service fees and left to the discretion of our clients.
If my regular CSH stylist is booked can I see another stylist?
Absolutely! We’re a close-knit team here at CSH, and our primary focus is our valued clients. If you ever decide you’d like to try a different stylist at CSH, please know that there will be no hard feelings whatsoever. That’s our approach at CSH—putting your preferences first.
Can I cancel an appointment?
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to get settled in and grab a snack. We recommend that you also pre-book your next appointment prior to leaving so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.
What if I do if I am dissatisfied with my hair cut or color?
We want you to feel gorgeous, inside and out. If you find any reason for dissatisfaction, a CSH stylist will be more than happy to make adjustments to your cut or color within five days of your initial appointment.
What happens if I do not confirm my appointment?
At CSH, we aim to provide the best service possible. To ensure this, we confirm all scheduled appointments through our automated booking system by text and email. If we don’t receive your confirmation within 12 hours of your appointment, we’ll make the slot available for another CSH client to receive our services.
I’ve booked a color service, what is included?
Our color services include color application and do not include a blow dry if you are not also getting hair cut. If you have booked a color service and not a cut, please be sure to also book a blow dry.
