I. Introduction

Welcome to Community Style House. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by using our services. Please read them carefully and contact us with any questions or concerns.

II. Salon Services

Community Style House provides a range of hairdressing and beauty services, including cut, color, extensions, glam, and aesthetics. Please see our website or contact us for a full list of services and prices.

III. Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy

To book an appointment with Community Style House, please call or text our booking line. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. If you cancel within 36 hours of your appointment, you will be charged $50. For holiday months (October 1st to January 1st), cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service cost.

IV. Payment Policy

We accept payment by cash and credit/debit card. For all services, payment is due at the time of service. For K-tip clients, a non0-refundable deposit is due in full at the time of booking the install appointment. If using Cherry, which is available only for K-tip clients, the payment plan must be arranged prior to any scheduled appointments and communicated via call or text.

All clients who are not checked out face-to-face at the end of a service will be checked out automatically by our stylists with 20% gratuity.

V. Salon Rules and Regulations

Clients are expected to dress appropriately and behave professionally while in the salon. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our rules and regulations.

VI. Liability and Disclaimers

CSH is not responsible for any damage to personal property or client injury in the salon. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to release CSH from any liability for any damages, injuries, or other claims that may arise.

VII. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including trademarks and logos, are the property of CSH. Clients cannot use or reproduce any salon materials or content without our prior written consent.

VIII. Termination and Suspension

CSH reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any client for any reason. Any unused services will be refunded to the client in the event of termination or suspension.

IX. Miscellaneous Provisions

If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the rest of the terms and conditions will remain in effect. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. CSH reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at anytime.
