I’m a lover of all things bold and beautiful, and I built Community Style House to be a one-of-a-kind salon that combines high-end artistry with a down-to-earth, service-oriented environment. Over my 21 years as a professional cosmetologist and makeup artist, I’ve honed my hair and makeup skills through continued education in advanced blonde-ing techniques, progressive color methods, and various hair extension processes, all while continually developing my unique style and specialties.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of working with international design brands, models at LA Fashion Week, high-profile event stylists, and countless beautiful brides. My clients call me a “miracle-worker,” a “balayage queen,” and a “blonde-ing magician.”
As a personal shopper, style connoisseur, and expert colorist, my creativity flourishes in the diverse environments I work in, and I find inspiration for my craft in a million places—from the high fashion of West Coast runways to the radiant beauty of a bride on her wedding day. But more than anything, I love serving my clients well and making them feel more beautiful than ever.

I spent years collaborating with Megan on the side—assisting her with weddings, high-profile events, and private client services. In 2020, I finally left my corporate career to pursue our childhood dream of owning a salon together. As the co-founder and business manager of Community Style House, I handle the day-to-day operations and serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring every detail is taken care of.
Whenever a client walks through our doors, I want them to feel instantly at home. This isn’t just another appointment. It’s an afternoon of cracking jokes, getting pampered, sharing what’s going on in your life, and walking out feeling better than ever.
I’m known for creating the most natural-looking K-tip extensions in Scottsdale, making people laugh, putting together the best playlists, and being obsessively detail-oriented. Whether it’s managing the business or working with clients, I’m dedicated to making sure everything runs seamlessly and everyone feels valued.

When I was little, going to the salon to get my hair done was my favorite thing in the world. And after eight years in the industry, it’s still my favorite place to be. There’s nothing better than spinning a client around and watching them see the hair of their dreams in the mirror.
I’m always looking for creative ways to learn more — whether I’m getting certified in new extensions methods or working backstage during Phoenix Fashion Week.
And outside of Community Style House, you can usually find me soaking up the sun or donating my time to cut hair for charity.

Jules is a passionate hairstylist with 3 years of hands-on experience in the hair industry. Known for her creative flair and attention to detail, Jules specializes in modern cuts, color transformations, and personalized styling that brings out each client’s unique personality. Her commitment to ongoing education keeps her up to date with the latest trends and techniques, ensuring every guest leaves the chair feeling confident and refreshed. Whether it’s a bold new look or subtle refinement, Jules thrives on making her clients feel their absolute best.
Avari

beaded row extensions
I packed up and moved from Oklahoma to Scottsdale in June 2025 to join the CSH team — and I have not looked back.
Trained at JZ Styles Academy and certified in all extension methods, I specialize in beaded rows and serve as CSH’s lead assistant. I love what I do, and I love where I am learning to do it.
My favorite work takes me outside the salon — weddings, photoshoots, and events are where I come alive. Give me a bride or a camera and I am exactly where I am supposed to be. And when I am not doing hair? You can probably find me at the pool.
Olga

My love for hair started with extensions. After three years of hands-on work, I pursued cosmetology school to elevate my craft — and had no idea I’d fall completely in love with the entire world of hair, from color & cutting to styling.
While blondes will always have my heart, i embrace a philosophy of comprehensive artistry, I don’t believe in limiting myself. I’m passionate about learning every technique under our scope so I can create exactly what you need. I believe true expertise lies in versatility, and I’m dedicated to mastering both emerging techniques and timeless fundamentals.
As part of the Community Style House team, I feel like I’m home. I continue to refine my skills alongside artists I deeply admire and learning from the best every single day. My goal is simple: curate a luxury experience defined by precision, quality, and care — For me, success is measured by how safe, confident, and radiant you feel when you leave my chair.

Growing up as one of five siblings in Utah, a busy salon has always felt like second nature.
Trained at JZ Styles Academy and certified in all extension methods, I assist Megan, Kelsey, and Luke here at CSH — spending most of my hours alongside Luke and learning something new every single day.
I am still early in my career, but I am exactly where I want to be — surrounded by talented people, doing work I love, and growing fast.
Brynna
Executive Assistant and Salon Apprentice
I oversee scheduling, client communication, and day-to-day operations to help ensure the salon runs efficiently and seamlessly. I support both our team and clientele by creating an organized, welcoming, and elevated experience from start to finish.
In addition to my executive assistant role, I am currently part of the apprentice program, where I am receiving hands-on training across all areas of the salon industry, with a growing passion for extensions. Hair has always been a natural creative outlet for me, and discovering that passion at a young age ultimately led me to pursue this career professionally.
I’m incredibly grateful to Meg and Kelsey for the opportunity to grow within an environment that feels both inspiring and supportive. Known for my positive energy, strong communication skills, and ability to stay composed in fast-paced environments, I strive to make every client and team member feel valued, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
